Do you work with children or youth in the classroom or community programs? Do you meet with visitors at a museum or historic site? Do you belong to neighborhood or civic group? Join us for an all-day, in-depth exploration of approaches for learning and dialogue about difficult issues in the African American experience, past and today, presented in conjunction with Grounds For Sculpture’s Joyce J. Scott: Harriet Tubman and Other Truths exhibition.

Pre-registration required by October 25; registrations received by October 15 will be included in a drawing for a one-year Individual Plus membership at Grounds For Sculpture. Membership includes unlimited free year-round admission, invites to members-only previews, discounts on special programs and performances, and more.
REGISTRATION: $40 PER PERSON
Includes breakfast, lunch, and closing reception, as well as admission to GFS.
